Privacy

Your data stays yours.

Outly is built with privacy at its core. Here's a plain-English breakdown of what we collect, how we protect it, and what we'll never do.

Last updated: April 2026

What We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we store your name, email, and profile picture. We also keep the email accounts you add as senders and the recipient lists you upload for campaigns. That's it.

How We Protect Your Data

All email credentials are fully protected before being saved. They're never stored in a readable format. We never store your Google account password - only the app-specific password you generate for Outly.

What We Don't Do

We don't sell your data. We don't read your emails. We don't share your recipient lists with anyone. We don't track you across the web. Your outreach data belongs to you and stays with you.

Where Your Data Lives

Your data is stored on secure servers. File attachments are stored separately on a secure cloud service. All connections between our services are protected.

Deleting Your Data

You can remove sender accounts anytime. When you delete a campaign, all associated email records, tracking data, and attachments are automatically removed. Bounced addresses are remembered to protect future campaigns, but you can clear that too.
